This Downpipe Back exhaust starts at the downpipe and allows for the removal of the catalytic converter and DPF filter from the exhaust system of 6.6L Duramax LB7 / LLY / LBZ diesel engines.
By removing both the catalytic converter and DPF filter, this race exhaust system significantly improves exhaust flow. As a result, you will experience noticeable gains in both fuel efficiency and power output. The larger diameter options of 4" or 5" stainless steel piping further optimize airflow.
It also reduces exhaust gas temperatures and enhances overall engine performance. Whether you are involved in off-road racing or competitive use, this system is designed to meet the needs of demanding applications.
