Replace your 6.4L Powerstroke's failure-prone factory manifolds and up pipes with these heavy-duty cast manifolds and T304 Stainless Steel up-pipes and improve performance.
 
Constant heating and cooling take a toll on the factory up-pipes making them prone to cracking, resulting in exhaust leaks, slower turbo spool, a loss in performance, extra noise, and soot buildup. 
 
Note: The manifolds do not contain provisions for EGR

    • Larger diameter 304 stainless steel up pipes, including internally shielded stainless steel expansion bellows.
    • Exhaust manifolds with heavy walled elbow connections prevent burning out.
    • Holds in exhaust gas temperatures enhancing turbine pumping efficiency.
    • Manifolds coated to resist corrosion.
    • Optimized to improve velocity and evacuate the cylinders.
    • 304 Stainless Steel mandrel bent feed pipes.
    • High-silicone ductile cast iron
    • Comes with exhaust manifold gaskets, turbocharger pipe gaskets, and A/C offset adapter to eliminate damaging the A/C hose.
    • Pre-drilled for exhaust gas temperature and/or pressure sensors
