Ford Powerstroke 6.0L – EGR & Cooler Delete Kit Welded (2003-2004)

Welded EGR cooler to delete the EGR system for 2004.5-2007 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engines. 
 
 You are responsible for verifying that you are ordering the correct kit, the 2003 and early 2004 models use the round, shorter cooler and the late-2004 through 2007 models use the square, longer cooler.  
 
*Off-road use only.  Requires custom tuning*

  • 2004.5-2007 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engines. 

    • Allows removal unnoticeable of the EGR cooler 
    • Retains factory look
    • Lower exhaust gas temperatures
    • Lower coolant temperatures
    • Includes all hardware and gaskets
    • Increases fuel economy
    • Increases engine longevity 
    • Only for square style cooler, for round style cooler see the 03-04 model
